Delivery time may be affected during seasonal rushes.
Our working hours are from Mon to Sat, 10am to 6:30pm IST.
Urgent Video/Caricature Invite orders will incur an extra cost based on the custom requirement

Payment must be made in full after delivery for our InvitoAI templates. No refunds will be provided.
18% GST will be added to the final cost.
Only the text, images, caricature and music in the provided samples will be changed.
Client easily make revision for free in draft order. No any charges for editing readymade templates before payment and client get video invites with watermark
If Client are interested then final video invites get ready for order amount of ₹399
If the client wishes to change the font style/color, images and music after payment of ₹399 there will be an additional cost of ₹100.
No additional changes will be made after the HD version is delivered, with additional revisions costing ₹100 for video invites per round.
Image slides can be removed/add/delete if the client does not wish to include them.
Music can be changed to the client’s choice (one song only, with the song link to be provided by the client).
The client will receive final video invites via Website
Every draft order removed automatically in 5 days and Every purchase order removed in next 1 months to optimised our server storage.
Open files/templates are not shared.
Printing material is not offered
Default design size is 1080×1920 pixels
The client’s invite/caricatures may be shared or uploaded to the invitoai.com portfolio after the event, but can be denied or removed upon request.
